Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
We may require photos or proof of the defect to process your replacement quickly.
How to Start a Return

Our team will provide instructions for shipping the item back to us.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of your refund or replacement status.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and compliance reasons, opened or used consumable products cannot be returned unless they are defective.
